Community Art allows a group of people to come together to learn about an issue or to express concerns about it through an artistic process. These communal artistic processes can be a catalyst for raising awareness and contribute towards change in the communities involved.

The Hepatitis C Council of SA actively applies community art processes in selected projects within its education program. This is delivered through music and art projects in partnership with communities and in correctional settings.
